Prem-La Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and shipped by Prem-La within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (your item was incorrect or defective, etc.).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Any returns must be done within 90 days after delivery for a refund.
